We ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Orders are usually packed and out the door within 3-5 business days, and often faster than that.

Free shipping on US orders over $49. Below that, you'll see the actual rate at checkout - we don't pad it.

International shipping is not available right now. We're working on it. If you're outside the US and want to know when international goes live, drop your email on the list.

Tracking gets emailed to you the moment your order ships. If yours hasn't moved in a few days after that email, check your spam folder, then reach out.

Returns

We take your happiness pretty seriously. If something's not right - the order is wrong, the pin arrived chipped, the sticker showed up creased in half - email shop@sneakyburrito.com within 30 days of your order arriving and a real human will fix it.

Changed your mind, or it's just not the color you pictured? Also fine. That goes for custom necklaces too. Hold off on mailing anything back until you hear from us, so it actually finds its way home. Full details on our returns page.

Lost or damaged in transit

USPS does what USPS does. If your package gets lost or roughed up on the way, that's on us to make right. Send a photo (where applicable) to shop@sneakyburrito.com and we'll figure it out.
